- We will guide you through the process of applying for a loan. The process begins by filling out the Web-based loan application.
- We will obtain basic information from you about the purpose of the loan and your ability to pay the loan.
- We may need to explain the different types of loans and credit terms available you.
- We answer questions about the process and sometimes assist clients in filling out the application.
- After you complete the application, we begin the process of analyzing and verifying the information on the application to determine creditworthiness. Often, loan officers can quickly access you credit history by using underwriting software that determines your eligibility.
When a credit history is not available or when unusual financial circumstances are present, we may request additional financial information from you, and in the case of commercial loans, copies of the company’s financial statements.
